A lovely comfortable hotel. My husband and I were greeted like family by all the staff having stayed here many times over the years and earlier this year. Stayed on the 7th floor Gold lounge and enjoyed all the benefits. Mariamu the Manager and Zalimar welcomed us warmly and had our room decorated to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. Such a lovely surprise. Rajan/Mark and Roni/Paolo spoilt us with all their care and attention and of course delicious cocktails. . Nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast staff were equally as attentive as were all the beach staff..Thank you to Makethoam(breakfast )and Noresh (beach)for their attentiveness as well as all the doormen/ ground floor staff

From the minute we arrived at The Fairmont we were treated like special guests for 10 days. We had stayed here before quite a few times but not for about 4+ years, it was lovely to be greeted by some familiar faces. The staff in the Fairmont Gold Lounge all bought something special with their personalities/professionalism and kindness. From Mariamu who checked us in(whom we had met before)with her lovely laugh and kindness, Stephen who made us great cocktails and had good chats, Zalimar with his charm, professionalism.and kindness, Mark and Rony for their excellent iced coffees and waiting on us hand and foot and finally Rajan who went over and above his duties with his helpfulness and kindness .All the staff made us some great cocktails. Nothing was too much for the staff to do to ensure a very happy and comfortable stay. Thanks too to the lovely Charlene who gave us our pool towels each day and always held the door open for my husband(who was using walking poles). The food was delicious too, varied and tasty. Chef got my husband's cheese omelette spot on each day We hope to visit again in September.

The hotel staff is very polite and welcoming. The swimming pool is good with a great view. The sea and sea activities have a lot of options, I didn't tried it but it looks good. The lobby, the valet parking. I tried the restaurant by the swimming room it was good.

The staff were exceptional, from the moment we walked in we were acknowledged, and upgraded to a sea view room, the view was beautiful. The staff at breakfast were attentive and incredibly helpful. 10/10 for every single staff member, just superb.
